Arsenal's Bukayo Saka turns chef, makes Peri-peri Saka

Arsenal forward, Bukayo Saka has partnered with the South African multinational fast-food chain, Nando to create a limited edition of Peri-Peri sauce.

The product, named Peri-peri Saka, was announced on the Instagram page of the fast-food franchise on Tuesday.

The announcement of the limited edition sauce was accompanied by a video of the Arsenal player as a head chef in the kitchen.

In the clip, Saka orders a team of chefs in the kitchen as he calls out for ā€œmore tomatoesā€ and ā€œmore garlicā€ to be added to the sauce.

According to The Independent, Saka said his father ā€œwas a fanā€ of Nandoā€™s, and he has patronised the franchise since he was a kid.

ā€œThe sauce mixes sweet, spiciness and smokiness. I love it and canā€™t wait for everyone to try it,ā€ the Arsenal player said.

ā€œIā€™ve been going to Nandoā€™s since I was little so to have my own Peri-Peri sauce in every restaurant in the country is quite mad.

ā€œMy familyā€™s really important to me, so I wanted to make sure they liked it too. As soon as my dad said he was a fan, I knew it was the one.ā€
