 World’s Youngest Reigning Monarch , King Oyo, Dies at 34 King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV, the traditional ruler of Uganda’s Tooro Kingdom who became the world’s youngest reigning monarch after ascending the throne at three, has died at the age of 34. The monarch reportedly died on Thursday, with the Prime Minister of the Tooro Kingdom, Calvin Armstrong Rwomiire Akiiki, announcing his death on Friday. The cause of death was not immediately disclosed. However, Ugandan media reports quoted a government minister as saying that King Oyo had been critically ill and was receiving medical treatment in the United States. Reacting to the development, Akiiki described the monarch’s death as a major loss to the royal family and the people of Tooro. He urged members of the kingdom to remain united and calm while mourning the traditional ruler. ELLIOTT COUNTY, KENTUCKY FIREFIGHTER DIES IN A CRASH WHILE TRAVELING TO ESCORT AN EMT WHO LOST HIS LIFE EARLIER IN THE DAY. (PHOTO).

 Elliot County, Kentucky firefighter sadly dies in a crash while traveling to escort an EMT who lost his life earlier in the day. 


Police say the firefighter was driving his firetruck Southbound on Route 504 Tuesday evening when he lost control and went over an embankment. He lost his life in the crash. 


He served with the 504 Volunteer Fire Department.  

There is no additional information on the identity of the firefighter or the circumstances and identity of the EMT he was heading to escort to the funeral home at the time of the accident.
