 COURT RESTRAINS RESIDENT DOCTORS FROM EMBARKING ON STRIKE  The national industrial court Abuja division has restrained all members and agents of the national association of resident doctors from calling, directing, organizing, participating in, and embarking upon any form of industrial action.  Justice Emmanuel Danjuma Subilim gave the order in an interim injunction filed by the federal government through the office of the attorney general of the federation and minister of justice.  The court temporally barred members of the association from embarking on any form of strike, work stoppages, go-slows, picketing, or any other form of industrial protest or disruption. The association is equally restrained from taking steps preparatory to any form of industrial action from the 12th day of january, 2026. EX- PROFESSIONAL HOCKEY PLAYER JUMPS TO HIS DEATH FROM HOTEL BALCONY. (PHOTO).

 Former Professional Hockey player jumps to his death from hotel balcony. 


According to reports the Bal Harbour, Florida police and fire departments responded to the St. Regis Bal Harbour resort Monday on March 18 to the report of a man jumping from a balcony.


Once on scene, they discovered 42-year-old, Konstantin Koltsov, deceased from injuries he had  sustained. Miami Homicide responded also but concluded no foul play was involved.


Koltsov was the #18 overall pick in the 1999 NHL draft. He spent his entire NHL career (144 games) with Pittsburgh. According to reports Koltsov was dating tennis star Aryna Sabalenka and was in town supporting her as she prepared for the upcoming Miami Open.


Sabalenka is the second seed in the tournament and according to sources plans to play despite this personal tragedy.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
