 Sudan war: Army says it inflicts heavy losses on RSF in Darfur, Kordofan Sudan’s army on Friday said that it inflicted heavy losses on the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) during a series of air and ground operations carried out over the past week in the Darfur and Kordofan regions. In a statement, the military said its forces conducted strikes against RSF positions, destroying around 240 combat vehicles and killing hundreds of fighters, Anadolu Agency reported. The army said the operations also targeted what it described as RSF logistical and operational facilities, including drone-related sites and storage areas, as well as locations at Nyala Airport in South Darfur. It added that ground forces had succeeded in pushing RSF fighters out of wide areas in both Darfur and Kordofan, and that operations were ongoing to pursue remaining elements.  ‘Feminism practised in Nigeria is witchcraft’ – Tacha


Big Brother Naija reality show star, Natacha Akide, popularly called Tacha, has said the feminism practised in Nigeria is witchcraft.


The reality star said this in her latest interview while addressing her fight with Mummy Zee.


Tacha had earlier in an interview on her colleague, Phyna’s podcast, spoken about Mummy Zee, the woman that became popular for waking up by 4:30 am daily to cook for her husband.


A social media user had mentioned to Mummy Zee that Tacha was insulting her on a show and Mummy Zee responded; “that one wey no get sense.”


Reacting to her, Tacha who found the woman’s comment disrespectful, went hard on her in a series of social media posts.


However, addressing the controversy during her trending interview with popular media personality, Chude Jideonwo, Tacha denied the X user’s accusation, stating that she was defending Mummy Zee on the show.


While also explaining her own feminism, Tacha described that of Nigeria as witchcraft.


“So, I was literally praising this woman on my show, saying why was feminist trolling her because I love feminist then.


“I was like the feminism you people practiced in Nigeria is witchcraft because when you are supposed to come out you people won’t come out but for the wrong things you just hate men in general. That’s not what I practiced.”

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity.
