 71-year-old landlord arrested for impregnating tenant’s teenage daughter The Ogun State Police Command said it had arrested a septuagenarian landlord, identified simply as Adesina, for allegedly defiling and impregnating his tenant’s 14-year-old girl (name withheld) at Akegbeyale Street in Ifesowapo Akute, Ifo Local Government Area of the state. PUNCH Metro learnt that the residents and other tenants were thrown into a state of shock when the septuagenarian suspect was found on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, having sexual intercourse with the 14-year-old girl at about 10:15 pm in the house bathroom. The minor, according to a police source who was part of the team that arrested the 71-year-old suspect but was not permitted to speak for the command, was said to have made her way to the apartment’s bathroom to take a shower.  ‘Feminism practised in Nigeria is witchcraft’ – Tacha


Big Brother Naija reality show star, Natacha Akide, popularly called Tacha, has said the feminism practised in Nigeria is witchcraft.


The reality star said this in her latest interview while addressing her fight with Mummy Zee.


Tacha had earlier in an interview on her colleague, Phyna’s podcast, spoken about Mummy Zee, the woman that became popular for waking up by 4:30 am daily to cook for her husband.


A social media user had mentioned to Mummy Zee that Tacha was insulting her on a show and Mummy Zee responded; “that one wey no get sense.”


Reacting to her, Tacha who found the woman’s comment disrespectful, went hard on her in a series of social media posts.


However, addressing the controversy during her trending interview with popular media personality, Chude Jideonwo, Tacha denied the X user’s accusation, stating that she was defending Mummy Zee on the show.


While also explaining her own feminism, Tacha described that of Nigeria as witchcraft.


“So, I was literally praising this woman on my show, saying why was feminist trolling her because I love feminist then.


“I was like the feminism you people practiced in Nigeria is witchcraft because when you are supposed to come out you people won’t come out but for the wrong things you just hate men in general. That’s not what I practiced.”

Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours.
