 Sudan war: Army says it inflicts heavy losses on RSF in Darfur, Kordofan Sudan’s army on Friday said that it inflicted heavy losses on the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) during a series of air and ground operations carried out over the past week in the Darfur and Kordofan regions. In a statement, the military said its forces conducted strikes against RSF positions, destroying around 240 combat vehicles and killing hundreds of fighters, Anadolu Agency reported. The army said the operations also targeted what it described as RSF logistical and operational facilities, including drone-related sites and storage areas, as well as locations at Nyala Airport in South Darfur. It added that ground forces had succeeded in pushing RSF fighters out of wide areas in both Darfur and Kordofan, and that operations were ongoing to pursue remaining elements. Popular skit maker, Maryam Apaokagi, also known as Taaooma, has revealed how enjoyable it was to have featured Canadian – American, King Bach and actor Terry Crews in her comedy skits adding that she has been grinding in the industry about a decade ago.

In an interview with content creator, Egungun of Lagos, Taaooma who is well known for her versatility in performing different parts in her skits expressed delight having worked with Terry and Bach on her recent comedy videos. 

Expressing eagerness to film with more renowned persons, she promised to feature more international celebrities. 

Speaking on the challenging part of her job, Taaooma said that dressing for each character she wanted to represent was one of the difficulties she had while playing her several parts. 

The comedian claimed to have ten years of experience in the comedy industry, adding that she shoots and edits her videos herself.

In her words: “ it’s already 10 years now. I shoot and edit my videos myself. It was very nice experience to shoot videos with Terry Crews and King Bach. I love it and I look forward for more. I’m looking on to shoot with a lot of people as it comes but I don’t want to start mentioning names”

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
