 “No electricity, no vote,” South Africans threaten to shun ruling party ANC Residents in Katlehong, a township outside Johannesburg, have resolved to boycott South Africa's upcoming local elections on November 4 due to long-standing failures by authorities to provide basic services like electricity. For over 20 years, around 180 households in the community have relied on illegal electrical connections pulled from neighboring areas to power their homes. Angry over the lack of formal grid infrastructure, residents are directing their frustration at the ruling African National Congress (ANC). "We have made a collective decision: no electricity, no vote," said community leader Lesiba Rankapole, 59. "We know it is illegal, but we had no choice because we cannot live without electricity.  Kizz Daniel’s wife secures partnership with Mikano Motors


Wife of popular musician, Kizz Daniel, Mrs. Anidugbe, aka Ossai Adaeze Marian, has secured a partnership deal with auto powerhouse, Mikano Motors. 

She joins an ever-growing all-star list of brand partners, including the likes of Don Jazzy, Jemima Osunde, Mr. Macaroni, Akah Nnanni and many others.

In a video on both Mikano Motors and Adaeze’s pages, the couple could be seen admiring her brand new Changan CS55 Plus, and checking out the myriad of high-tech features with some Mikano Motors staff.

This was then followed by a quick meeting with the Mikano Motors management team for the official signing of the papers.

Many a dream of his loyal female fan base was finally dashed when the world was formally introduced to Mrs Anidugbe, aka Ossai Adaeze Marian, aka Mjay, as she was revealed as the lady in the viral video and the latest brand partner for Mikano Motors,” a source said in a statement.
