Chukwuma Christopher Okpalauzuegbu, the councillor representating Amesi Ward. Hon. Okpalauzuegbu fondly known as Chuma, had been preparing to celebrate his wedding ceremony, an event filled with hope, promise and carefully laid plans. Loved ones, and sponsors, ready to stand beside him as he embark on a new chapter of life. In an unexpected and heart breaking turn of events, those dreams were cut short. LAGOS DRIVER ARRESTED FOR CRUSHING 10-YEAR-OLD TO DEATH. (PHOTO).

 A 69-year-old commercial bus driver, Waidi Saheed, is now in police custody for allegedly crushing a 10-year-old, simply identified as Chukwudi, to death at the Iganmu-Mile 2 Expressway in Lagos State.

69-year-old commercial bus driver, Waidi Saheed, is now in police custody for allegedly crushing a 10-year-old, simply identified as Chukwudi, to death at the Iganmu-Mile 2 Expressway in Lagos State.


It is gathered that the incident occurred at about 8:30 a.m. on Sunday.


It was also gathered that the driver of the Nissan Coastal commercial bus, with registration number JJE-134 XK, hit the deceased as a result of speeding.
