 STATEHOUSE PRESS RELEASE   President Tinubu Reconstitutes the Board of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission   President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the reconstitution of the Board of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), following the Senate's confirmation of its members on December 16.   Members of the reconstituted Board are:   • Mulisiu Olalekan Oseni, PhD. — Chairman   Dr Oseni started his service as a Commissioner in January 2017. He was subsequently appointed Vice Chairman of the Commission.   His appointment as Chairman took effect from 1 December 2025 and shall subsist until the completion of his ten-year tenure at the Commission, in accordance with the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2023.   • Yusuf Ali, PhD. — Vice Chairman   Dr Ali was first appointed as a Commissioner in February 2022. Nigerian-American sensation Kanwulia has expressed her love for Lagos, Nigeria and the entertainment scene in the city.

Kanwulia made this known while gearing up for her musical adventure in the country with the ‘Who’s That Girl?’ city tour.

With the official release of her album, ‘Amerikana,’ Kanwulia is set to light up the stage this Easter with her electrifying blend of Afrobeats, jazz, and pop rhythms and of course infectious energy.

Speaking about her upcoming tour, excited Kanwulia said: “Lagos holds a special place in my heart, and I can’t wait to feel the energy of the city pulsating through me as I perform. I very much look forward to performing in Lagos, one of the top global entertainment destinations and I have to thank God and my management and agency Volkano and Inspiro Productions for making this happen.”

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
