 NNPC Ltd Launches  New Cawthorne Blend Crude Into Global Market; First Export Cargo Heads To The Netherlands The Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited,  says it has commenced export of its new crude grade – Cawthorne, a significant milestone in the Company’s drive to increase Nigeria’s crude oil production and expand its portfolio of globally competitive export streams.  A Statement By Andy Odeh Chief Corporate Communications Officer Reveals  Cawthorne blend crude, the latest addition to Nigeria’s basket of crude grades, has an API gravity of 36.4, placing it firmly within the light, sweet category – comparable to Bonny Light, and highly valued in the global market for its superior petrol and diesel yields. MINNESOTA MOM DROWNS HER BABY TO "PROVE HER DEVOTION" TO HER BOYFRIEND.(PHOTO).

 Minnesota Mom drowns her baby to "prove her devotion" to her boyfriend.


20-year-old Esperanza Harding has been charged with second degree murder. Harding is accused of drowning her baby in the bathtub before taking a photo of the child's body.


According to official reports, in a confusing and shocking move, Harding showed up at Children's hospital in Minnesota claiming her child had died there 5 days earlier. The hospital had no records of the death and an investigation was launched.


While being interviewed she confessed to police her boyfriend was pressuring her to give the child up for adoption so that he would be her first priority.  It was under this pressure that she became upset with her baby for crying during a bath. Recovered texts from her phone showed she texted the boyfriend that she was, "about to do something bad." She added, "he won't be here much longer."


Harding then drowned her baby in the bathtub and photographed him on her phone. The image has also been recovered by police and shows the child, face down submerged in the water.


 She claims she then put him in a backpack and threw him in the trash. The body of the child has not yet been recovered. 


Her boyfriend Edwin Trudeau has also been charged with aiding an offender and being an accomplice after the fact.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
