 U.S Finalizes $20,000 Visa Bond Policy Affecting Nigeria and 49 Other Nations The United States government has officially formalized its visa bond policy, making it a permanent measure that could require travelers from 50 designated countries, including Nigeria, to pay a refundable bond of up to $20,000 before receiving certain visas. First introduced as a pilot scheme in 2025, the policy targets applicants seeking B1 and B2 visas, which are designated for business and tourism. According to the U.S. Department of State, the initiative is designed to bolster compliance with local immigration laws and drastically reduce visa overstay rates.  How my brother collapsed on a movie set” Sisi Quadri’s brother tearfully narrates how he died. The brother of late comic Yoruba actor, Tolani Quadri Oyebamiji popularly known as Sisi Quadri, has opened up on his death.

In an interview, he narrated how his brother died just a year after his mother died. He recounted how they were called on February 19th that Sisi Quadri had collapsed on a movie set, so one of their brothers picked him up from there.


He revealed that a day before the news, Sisi had sent money for his mother’s one-year remembrance to build a well and had constructed a borehole last year in honor of her.


His brother disclosed that Qaudri was taken to the hospital and they treated him for malaria, but he was discharged on the 26th. According to his brother, he was preparing to go to another movie location when they all joined forces together to pressure him to rest and recover fully.


Sisi Quadri’s brother further disclosed that on February 28, the unfortunate happened as he started having uncontrollable hiccups, which made them rush him to the hospital. Unfortunately, all medical attention on him proved abortive and he was transferred to LAUTECH, where he gave up the ghost.
