 COURT RESTRAINS RESIDENT DOCTORS FROM EMBARKING ON STRIKE  The national industrial court Abuja division has restrained all members and agents of the national association of resident doctors from calling, directing, organizing, participating in, and embarking upon any form of industrial action.  Justice Emmanuel Danjuma Subilim gave the order in an interim injunction filed by the federal government through the office of the attorney general of the federation and minister of justice.  The court temporally barred members of the association from embarking on any form of strike, work stoppages, go-slows, picketing, or any other form of industrial protest or disruption. The association is equally restrained from taking steps preparatory to any form of industrial action from the 12th day of january, 2026. TEXAS: A 12-YEAR-OLD BOY AND A 7-YEAR-OLD BOY STAB THEIR 59-YEAR-OLD NEIGHBOR AFTER A SHORT ARGUMENT. (PHOTO).

 Texas- A 12-year-old boy and a 7-year-old boy stab their 59-year-old neighbor with cognitive disabilities after a short argument.


Harris County Sheriff's Department responded to a home in Houston after the 59-year-old woman's brother went to check on her and noticed she was suffering from several serious wounds to her stomach.


When asked about what happened the woman simply said the boys from the neighborhood had poked her in the stomach.


As police investigated they uncovered surveillance video that showed the entire ordeal.


The woman, who neighbors describe as problematic due to her deteriorating mental state, and the 2 boys are involved in a brief argument as they ride their bikes past her house. Only moments later the 2 boys can be seen returning to the home. Both of the children are wearing gloves and quickly make their way into the garage. 


Once inside the two boys allegedly stabbed the woman multiple times in the stomach. After the attack the 2 boys can be seen running back out and getting on their bikes before riding away.


The woman was transported to a local hospital where she underwent surgery and spent the weekend in critical condition. However reports today say she is recovering.


The 12-year-old was taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault. Texas has a law on the books that prohibits children under 10 years old from being charged in a crime so the 7-year-old child will not be charged.


The boy's mother has released the following statement; "I'm very sorry to the family, I'm very sorry my sons have committed this incident. And I'm praying for your health, for your wellness." She added her son has mental problems.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
