 World’s Youngest Reigning Monarch , King Oyo, Dies at 34 King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV, the traditional ruler of Uganda’s Tooro Kingdom who became the world’s youngest reigning monarch after ascending the throne at three, has died at the age of 34. The monarch reportedly died on Thursday, with the Prime Minister of the Tooro Kingdom, Calvin Armstrong Rwomiire Akiiki, announcing his death on Friday. The cause of death was not immediately disclosed. However, Ugandan media reports quoted a government minister as saying that King Oyo had been critically ill and was receiving medical treatment in the United States. Reacting to the development, Akiiki described the monarch’s death as a major loss to the royal family and the people of Tooro. He urged members of the kingdom to remain united and calm while mourning the traditional ruler. UTAH MOM AND STEPFATHER ASSAULTED THEIR 15-YEAR-OLD DAUGHTER, THEY CLAIM THEY ," DIDN'T WANT HER HAVING SEX WITH STRANGERS".(PHOTO).

 Utah mom and stepfather assaulted their 15-year-old daughter, they claim they, "didn't want her having sex with strangers." 


A Utah couple were arrested last Thursday and charged with forcible sodomy, object r*pe and forcible sexual abuse. These charges come after police in Provo, Utah received a 911 call from a 15 year old victim who claimed her step father had been sexually assaulting her for a year.


When police took the couple into custody they readily admitted to the accusations. They went on to contend that they had caught the then 14-year-old interacting with strangers online and planning to meet up for sex.


The parents added she had sent suggestive photos of herself to strangers on snapchat.


They claimed that they decided teaching the 14-year-old about sex by engaging in sexual acts with her was the safest course of action. The couple said they bought adult toys and began showering with the child. The wife however claimed she had confronted the stepfather about going "all the way" with her daughter. Just... unbelievable. 


Both parents are being held without bond awaiting their court date.
