CABLE VANDAL ARRESTED IN LAGOS. (PHOTOS).

 At about 3am, patrol officers from Ikeja Division arrested one Parfa Samson aged 38 along Works Yard Road with about 35 yards of vandalized cable while his partner took to his heels with their cutting tools. Investigation is ongoing.
