Dutch referee Rob Dieperink dies weeks after removal from World Cup officiating list Dutch referee Rob Dieperink has died at the age of 38, weeks after FIFA removed him from its list of officials for the World Cup. The Dutch Football Association (KNVB) confirmed his death in a statement, saying it was “shocked and deeply saddened” by the news. His cause of death has not been disclosed. Dieperink was arrested in April by the Metropolitan Police in the United Kingdom following a report of an alleged sexual assault involving a teenage boy in London. A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said officers responded on April 9 to a report of sexual assault at an address in Croydon and arrested a man in his 30s on suspicion of the offence.  Femi Adebayo’s wife warns 'online aunties' messaging her

Aduke Adebayo, the wife of the award-winning filmmaker Femi Adebayo, has called out online aunties who keep giving her unsolicited advice through her direct messages (DM).

Aduke warned against their double standard narrative in advising her to keep calm, saying she would do what she did with actress Dayo Amusa a thousand times.

Aduke, who is also a food vendor, explained that her recent outburst was aimed at defending her husband, who had been publicly criticized by a colleague; who she thinks should have settled the issue amicably.

She promised to keep blocking those who come to her inbox telling her to back out of her husband’s matter with his colleagues.

She said: “Dear online aunties, please stop coming to my DM with your double-standard narrative. I’m tired of reading your numerous dumb advice… I’ll do what I did again and again if your favourite goes the same route, I wonder why you all think it’s okay for her to publicly call out a colleague ( when she could have easily put a call through) and subjected him to PUBLIC criticism but it’s not okay for his wife to publicly stand up for him. Isn’t that funny? Just stop sending those DMs. I’m tired of blocking.”

The drama started when actress Dayo Amusa reacted after the famous crossdresser Idris Okuneye popularly known as Bobrisky named the best-dressed female at the movie premiere of Eniola Ajao’s Ajakaju.
