 Court Jails 15 Internet Fraudsters in Benin City The Benin Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Monday and Tuesday, May 13 & May 14, 2024  secured the conviction of 15 internet fraudsters before Justices Efe Ikponmwonba and M. Itsueli of the Edo State High Court sitting in Benin City. The convicts are Sagay Favour, Efemini Kelvin Mudiaga, Izzi Evans, Okim Ekene, Jakpa Godspower and Lucky Alao SeyiEk.  Others are Adams Jarret, Mathew Ese, Oritsegbogwa Joseph, Joshua Lucky Ojabugbe, Emudiaga Akpojaro, Richard Promise, Aboh Daniel Bonfrey, Deniran Emmanuel Edafe and Orode Ovie. They were jailed after pleading guilty to one-count separate charge bordering on obtaining by false pretence, possession of fraudulent documents upon arraignment by the Benin Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC. In a recent development, Real housewives of Lagos star Faith Morey has continued to shed more light on her and actress Iyabo Ojo’s tumultuous relationship while filming the reality show.


She disclosed in a recent interview that actress Iyabo Ojo had gone behind the scene to rally the housewives to side with her so yay she would not get any clip.


She revealed that the aim was to isolate and kill her character. She also revealed that she loved the questions that were asked during the reunion because it was based on why the viewers wanted to know.


She further expressed that Iyabo Ojo had done everything within her power to make her life completely miserable during the show.


Now recall that back in October of 2023, Iyabo Ojo had accused Faith Morey of being a fame chaser.


Iyabo Ojo had reacted to the heavy criticisms she received over their dispute, noting how many were comparing a reality show to real-life situations with Mohbad.

He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
