 “No electricity, no vote,” South Africans threaten to shun ruling party ANC Residents in Katlehong, a township outside Johannesburg, have resolved to boycott South Africa's upcoming local elections on November 4 due to long-standing failures by authorities to provide basic services like electricity. For over 20 years, around 180 households in the community have relied on illegal electrical connections pulled from neighboring areas to power their homes. Angry over the lack of formal grid infrastructure, residents are directing their frustration at the ruling African National Congress (ANC). "We have made a collective decision: no electricity, no vote," said community leader Lesiba Rankapole, 59. "We know it is illegal, but we had no choice because we cannot live without electricity.  Mohbad’s wife should sue if DNA proves positive – Tolanibaj


Big Brother Naija reality star and disc jockey, Tolanibaj has pitched an idea to Mohbad’s widow, Wunmi following the incessant demand for a DNA test.

While discussing the paternity case involving the singer’s son on her podcast Bahd and Boujee, co-hosted by Moet Abebe, she stated that if the DNA test proves that Liam is the son of Mohbad, then the mother of one should sue everybody questioning her son’s paternity.

“If Wunmi takes the DNA test and it turns out that Liam is Mohbad’s child, she should sue everybody who questioned her child’s paternity status”.

Following the singer’s death, many have been clamoring for a DNA test to be done on Liam, his son to ascertain his paternity.

Mohbad’s father also demanded DNA on Liam, a position many agree with.
