 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary.  Nollywood veteran actor Ogunjimi is dead


The Nigerian movie industry has again been thrown into mourning after the news of the death of another veteran, Yoruba Actor Ganiyu Oyeyemi, popularly known as Ogunjimi, surfaced on social media on Friday.


Ogunjimi’s death was announced by a Yoruba actor, Kunle Afod, in a post on his Instagram page.Mourning the actor, Afod wrote, “We tried our best but God loves you more.


“May his soul rest in peace. Baba Ogunjinmi, RIP, Sun re oooo.”


At the time of writing this report, the cause of death has not yet been ascertained.
