 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary.  Police confirm kidnap of channels reporter in Rivers


The Rivers state police commissioner Olatunji Disu has confirmed the abduction of the Channels TV reporter in Rivers state Joshua Rogers.


According to the Rivers CP in a conversation with our correspondent, Josh was abducted Thursday night at about 9pm in front of his gate at Rumuosi, in Obio/Akpor local government area of Rivers state.


His black GAC GS4 SUV was also taken by his abductors, while the DSS. Navy, Army, NSCDC have all been alerted as well as the governor whom he worked directly with. The CP assured that efforts are on to rescue him.
