 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots.  15-year-old Jaylen's huge catch has been officially certified as the biggest catch in the state of Ohio! Congratulations, Jaylen!

15-year-old Ohio girl reels in a record breaking catch! 


Jaylen Parker was jugging (using a Clorox bottle and 200 lb test line) on the Ohio River, an activity her and her dad have shared since early childhood. Little did she know she was getting ready to have the fishing story of a lifetime.  


Jaylen pulled in a 101.11 lb blue catfish, an Ohio state record if confirmed by the state! 


Jaylen admits her dad and his friend helped her wrangle in this massive fish. She says she only weighs 10 lbs more than her humongous catch so there was no way she could have pulled it in by herself.

After weighing, documenting and photographing this ancient creature from the depths of the Ohio River she released it back to continue its fish life. 


Great job Jaylen we are all waiting for the official confirmation with you!
