 Arsenal stars ‘think Vinicius Jr transfer is a done deal’ as Brazilian ‘rejects’ Real Madrid offer Arsenal players reportedly believe Real Madrid forward Vinicius Junior is heading to the Emirates, with the potential move described as a "done deal" inside Mikel Arteta’s dressing room. According to Diario AS, Arsenal sporting director Andrea Berta has told some players the club is pushing to sign the Brazilian. Arteta is also said to have spoken with Vinicius about the role he could play in Arsenal’s ambitions. The speculation comes amid stalled contract talks with Real Madrid. Reports claim Madrid are unwilling to meet Vinicius’ wage demands. I, therefore salute the teachers who nurture young minds, the farmers who cultivate our land, the doctors and nurses who safeguard our health, the engineers who build our infrastructure, and countless others who dedicate their skills and energy to building a better Nigeria.

Today, let us not only celebrate work but also reflect on how we can be a better and more productive workforce.

On this Workers’ Day, I celebrate the spirit of work with pride. May it continue to be a source of strength, prosperity, and national progress for Nigeria.
