 World’s Youngest Reigning Monarch , King Oyo, Dies at 34 King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV, the traditional ruler of Uganda’s Tooro Kingdom who became the world’s youngest reigning monarch after ascending the throne at three, has died at the age of 34. The monarch reportedly died on Thursday, with the Prime Minister of the Tooro Kingdom, Calvin Armstrong Rwomiire Akiiki, announcing his death on Friday. The cause of death was not immediately disclosed. However, Ugandan media reports quoted a government minister as saying that King Oyo had been critically ill and was receiving medical treatment in the United States. Reacting to the development, Akiiki described the monarch’s death as a major loss to the royal family and the people of Tooro. He urged members of the kingdom to remain united and calm while mourning the traditional ruler.  ANAMBRA POLICE ARREST A NOTORIOUS CULTIST/ ARMED ROBBER, RECOVER A LOCALLY MADE PISTOL AND FOUR LIVE AMMUNITION



In the early hours of 29/5/2024, Anambra Police acting on credible information intercepted one Amalu Onyedika ‘M’ aged 32years old of Eziagu in Enugu State in Nkwelle, Oyi LGA of Anambra State, recovered one locally made pistol and four live ammunition.


Onyedika claimed to be a Technician, who deals on Aluminum and Glass windows business in building materials, Onitsha, confessed to being a member of the junior Vikings secret cult. He joined the notorious gang at the age of 22 and has been mentioned as one of those terrorizing  Nkwelle and its environs.


The Commissioner of Police, *CP Nnaghe Obono Itam*, directs that the investigation be widened and deepened to bring to book other gang members, and the case should be charged to court after the investigation.
