 A priest in Anambra State wedded a couple yesterday, despite disputes with the bride’s father In a video circulating online, the Reverend Father narrated that The father of the bride who is from Nteje had insisted that the wedding should not take place unless his daughter swøre never to associate with his mother whom he has a quarrel with. The conflict arose from past marriage issues between the father and her mother. Before the wedding, the father repeatedly met with the priest, warning that he had already taken the bride's mother to a deity and that the girl must follow him to the shrine to appease that deity before the marriage can go on. For peace to prevail, the priest advised the couple to comply with all the father’s requests so the wedding could proceed, the priest even donated some of the items that the brides father told her to bring to use in appeasing the deity.  Do2dtun thanks Davido for helping locate children custody


Media personality Do2dtun has expressed gratitude to superstar singer Davido for helping him locate his children, Fife and Fiore.

The on-air personality has been in a prolonged custody battle with his ex-wife, Omotayo, without much progress.

In honour of Children’s Day, Do2dtun shared a collage of photos of him and his daughters over the years on his Instagram page.

Describing them as the “goofiest bunch,” he mentioned that he has a treasure trove of memories with his girls that will last him a lifetime.

He made them know that he is doing good and will continue to pray for them while also expressing hope that his kids are fine wherever they are, as he stated that till he meets them again.

“They are the goofiest bunch…. I have a truckload of memories with you guys that will last me a century. Till we meet. Daddy is doing good, I’ll continue to pray for you and I hope you are fine wherever you might be. Happy Children’s Day to my little fun ones”.

Taking to his comment section, Davido stated that he is well, he commented, “It is well”.

Replying to him, Do2dtun expressed gratitude to Davido for his support and also helping him find his daughters as he called the singer a real one.

“It is well o! Thanks for what you did for me, especially for how you helped me in finding them. You are a real one David”, he wrote.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
