 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable.  IMO STATE GOVT TO SPONSOR ANOTHER SET OF CHRISTIAN PILGRIMS TO HOLYLAND 


AS NCPC AWARDS GOVERNOR UZODIMMA THE PILGRIMAGE GOVERNOR OF THE YEAR 


The Imo State Government, under the leadership of Governor Hope Uzodimma, is set to sponsor another group of Christian pilgrims to the Holy Land, affirming its commitment to fostering religious activities and enabling believers to deepen their spiritual journey. 


This announcement coincided with Governor Uzodimma being honored as the Pilgrimage Governor of the Year 2024 by the Nigerian Christian Pilgrims Commission (NCPC), alongside being appointed the first Christian Pilgrimage Ambassador of Nigeria. 


During the recognition ceremony, Governor Uzodimma expressed gratitude to the NCPC for their acknowledgment and emphasized the fruitful partnership between the commission and the state government, stating, "We are united in our pursuit of God's work." 


Bishop STV Adegbite, the Executive Secretary of the NCPC, lauded Governor Uzodimma for his unwavering support towards the Imo State chapter of the commission, highlighting his sponsorship of the largest number of pilgrims in the state, a feat that earned him the prestigious awards.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
