 Teresa Giudice’s daughter Gia begs Donald Trump to pardon her father as he remains deported: 'Trying everything we can' Gia Giudice has continued to advocate for her father, Joe Giudice, who was deported to Italy in 2019 following his prison sentence. Speaking with Fox 5 New York, the Next Gen: NYC star revealed that her family recently submitted a humanitarian packet in hopes of securing a pardon from President Donald Trump.  She emphasized that they are doing everything possible to reunite with Joe, noting that any child would want their father back home.
