 Teresa Giudice’s daughter Gia begs Donald Trump to pardon her father as he remains deported: 'Trying everything we can' Gia Giudice has continued to advocate for her father, Joe Giudice, who was deported to Italy in 2019 following his prison sentence. Speaking with Fox 5 New York, the Next Gen: NYC star revealed that her family recently submitted a humanitarian packet in hopes of securing a pardon from President Donald Trump.  She emphasized that they are doing everything possible to reunite with Joe, noting that any child would want their father back home. Gia also mentioned that she plans to visit him soon in the Bahamas, where he is currently living, and assured fans that he is “doing great.” Her latest push comes a year after she faced backlash for publicly asking Trump to intervene.
