 EFCC Arraigns Two Suspected Fraudsters for Impersonating Kano Oil Mogul The Kano Zonal Directorate of the  Economic and Financial Crimes Commission , EFCC, has arraigned the duo of Sulaiman Inuwa Zakiru and Aliyu Ahmed before Honourable Justice Amina Adamu Aliyu of the Kano State High Court on a two-count charge bordering on conspiracy and obtaining money under false pretenses.   The defendants allegedly conspired to impersonate Alhaji A.A. Rano, a prominent oil mogul and owner of A.A. Rano Oil and Gas Limited and defrauded their victims  the sum of  N12,000,000 (Twelve Million Naira) for payment for an oil allocation purportedly issued by A.A. Rano Oil and Gas. The principal suspect, Sulaiman Inuwa Zakiru allegedly defrauded the petitioner  by claiming that A. A.  Arsenal FC announce departure of 22 players


Arsenal Football Club have announced that 22 players will leave the club at the end of their contracts in June.


As the Premier League prepares to release its official list of out-of-contract players, Arsenal have taken the opportunity to thank the departing menā€™s and womenā€™s players for their contributions.


This is contained in a Monday statement obtained from the clubā€™s website titled, ā€œ22 players to depart Arsenal at end of contractsā€.


Among those leaving are notable names such as Mohamed Elneny, Cedric Soares, and Vivianne Miedema.


It read, ā€œAhead of the official Premier League announcement of all menā€™s players who will be out of contract at their current clubs on June 30, we are taking this opportunity to thank those players leaving us at the end of the month.


ā€œWe are saying goodbye to the following menā€™s players and scholars, and have also included the three womenā€™s players we have previously announced will also be departing.


ā€œPlayers are presented in alphabetical order:

The club also confirmed that discussions are ongoing regarding the contract situation with three youngsters.


ā€œIn addition, please note the following playersā€™ contracts also expire on June 30. Discussions are ongoing and once matters are finalised between all parties, we will communicate in due course.
