 FG MOVES TO CUT EDUCATION COSTS, PROMOTE SUSTAINABILITY WITH REUSABLE TEXTBOOK POLICY The Federal Government of Nigeria has unveiled a comprehensive policy framework aimed at reducing the cost of education for parents, improving learning outcomes, and promoting sustainability in schools through the adoption of reusable, high-quality textbooks and strengthened quality assurance mechanisms. The policy, jointly issued by the Honourable Minister of Education  Dr Maruf Tunji Alausa and the Honourable Minister of State for Education Prof Suiwaba Sai'd, forms part of ongoing reforms to reposition Nigeria’s education sector and ease the financial burden on families. BULL JUMPS FENCE AT AN OREGON RODEO INJURING SPECTATORS. (PHOTO).


 Bull jumps fence at an Oregon Rodeo injuring spectators.


The incident occurred at the 84th annual Sister's Rodeo on Saturday June 8th. 


In the released video, you can see the bull running around the arena while the crowd sings "God Bless America". As the bull makes his way around the arena he approaches a section of the barrier separating spectators from rodeo grounds. He then jumps the fence landing among the audience. 


The rodeo announcer activated the emergency response plan and livestock professionals responded immediately. 


The bull ran through the audience and back to the livestock pen where rodeo personnel were able to contain it.


3 people were injured with 2 of them requiring hospital treatment.
