Chukwuma Okpalauzuegbu Is Laid To Rest On Intended wedding Day  By Charity Ejiofor  A day that was meant to mark a joyful union has instead become one of deep sorrow for family, friends, and the Aguata community, following the sudden passing of Hon. Chukwuma Christopher Okpalauzuegbu, the councillor representating Amesi Ward. Hon. Okpalauzuegbu fondly known as Chuma, had been preparing to celebrate his wedding ceremony, an event filled with hope, promise and carefully laid plans. Loved ones, and sponsors, ready to stand beside him as he embark on a new chapter of life. In an unexpected and heart breaking turn of events, those dreams were cut short.  How being single revived my career – Korra Obidi


Controversial dancer, Korra Obidi, has spoken on the positive impact her separation from husband, Justin Dean, has been.

In a recent interview on the popular “Heroes Diary” show, she claimed being single has revitalised her career and passion.

Korra observed that while getting married and starting a family often receives initial congratulations and support, it can also lead to a loss of momentum and opportunities in the industry.

However, when she became single again, she received an outpouring of sympathy and support, which reignited her spark and led to a surge in bookings and opportunities.

Embracing her newfound freedom, Korra has been able to connect with her audience on a deeper level, sharing her authentic self and inspiring others with her resilience and determination.

“One thing about we humans is that when somebody’s married. I don’t know you people don’t like the person anymore. You kind of like go ‘ahh happy married life’, and then ‘she can’t be on my show,’ ‘she can’t be in my movie’.

“But now I’m single… I’m getting booked back to back, so it’s good for me. I think being single is good in the industry,” she said.
