  Chikun/Kajuru Rep, Hon. Fidelix Bagudu, Announces New Appointments To Strengthen Inclusive Governance The Honourable Member representing the Chikun/Kajuru Federal Constituency, Hon. Fidelix Joseph Bagudu, has announced a wide-ranging list of new appointments aimed at deepening inclusive governance and enhancing representation across the constituency. The appointments, which take immediate effect, were unveiled in alignment with Kaduna State Governor Senator Uba Sani’s commitment to participatory governance. According to the lawmaker’s office, the list reflects deliberate efforts to ensure fair representation of all wards, communities, and interest groups across Chikun and Kajuru Local Government Areas (LGAs). A statement issued by the Media and Publicity Directorate noted that the move also fulfills the Honourable Member’s campaign pledge to integrate every segment of the constituency into the decision-making and governance structure.  Ondo, Ekiti To Witness 2 Months Power Outage


Electricity consumers in Ondo and Ekiti States are to endure power outage for two months due to maintenance of infrastructures on the Osogbo/Akure – Ado – Ekiti 132kV line by the Transmission Commission of Nigeria (TCN).


According to a public notice posted on the social media handles of the Benin Electricity Distribution Company (BEDC), the maintenance work will take effect from July 1 to August 31.


The notice read “Please be informed that the Transmission Company of Nigeria, TCN is scheduled to carry out critical maintenance work on the 132kV Akure Osogbo transmission line. The planned work involves the installation of Optical Ground Wire (OPGW) and other activities. This will require outage on the affected network for safe working space.”


The affected areas are Ondo and Ekiti with daily Outage Period of 0800hrs to 1700hrs (9 hours daily). The Duration is scheduled for two months, until 31st August 2024.”


It stated that customers in the affected areas will experience service interruptions during the period of the planned outages.


“We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and kindly solicit your patience and understanding.”

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
