 ‘A joint venture doomed to fail,’ Ganduje dismisses Atiku, others’ coalition talk The National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress, Abdullahi Ganduje, has dismissed talks of an opposition merger ahead of the 2027 general elections, describing the move as a futile alliance that is doomed to fail. Ganduje made the remarks on Friday while speaking to journalists after leading the APC National Working Committee on a Sallah homage to former President Muhammadu Buhari at his residence in Kaduna State. When asked about ongoing discussions among major opposition figures, including former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, Ganduje was quick to brush aside any notion of a serious threat to the ruling party.  “My ex-wife is somewhere doing hers” – Do2dtun calls out Nigerians for their hypocrisy as he continues to defends Daddy Freeze


Nigerian On-Air personality Do2dtun has defended media personality and former Cool FM colleague Daddy Freeze amid his N5million adultery fine.


It was reported that after three years of back and forth in court, a three-person panel of Justice Abubakar Talba, Danlami Senchi, and Hannatu Balogun dismissed Daddy Freeze’s appeal for lack of merit and had upholded his N5million adultery fine.


 The media personality was dragged to court by his wife’s ex-husband for adultery and has been ordered to pay him N5million as compensation.


Earlier on, Do2dtun had defended Daddy Freeze on Twitter as he noted how people judge him based on their perception of him and not because they know him. 


He revealed that his biggest fear for Daddy Freeze was that he would never find love again after what he went through, but he did with his now wife.


Daddy Freeze, who couldn’t believe his eyes, reposted Do2dtun’s support for him on his Instagram page as he questioned why he was just seeing this. He revealed that the OAP knew his story as they were colleagues, neighbours and brothers.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up.
