 Russia launches massive drone and missile barrage on Ukraine, killing at least 18 civilians and striking Kyiv and multiple cities  Russia carried out a large-scale overnight assault on Ukraine, launching hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles that killed at least 18 civilians and wounded more than 100 others across multiple cities, officials said Tuesday. The strikes hit Kyiv, Dnipro and other regions, with emergency crews working through destroyed residential buildings where some victims were trapped under rubble. In Dnipro, rescuers recovered the bodies of a 3-year-old child and a mother and her 8-year-old son, while officials reported 12 deaths in the city and six in Kyiv. The bombardment stretched from night into daylight, with explosions reported across wide areas of the country. A FLORIDA DOCTOR HAS SHARED A SHOCKING IMAGE HIGHLIGHTING THE DANGERS OF CONSUMING UNDERCOOKED PORK (PHOTO).

 A Florida doctor has shared a shocking image highlighting the dangers of consuming undercooked pork.


Sam Ghail, a doctor at the University of Florida Health in Jacksonville, posted a stomach churning CT scan on August 25th.


In the image you see a patient from the waist down with a parasitic infection in the muscles.


In the post, Dr. Ghail explains this patient has been diagnosed with "Cysticercosis".


The cause of the affliction is from a tapeworm infection that can affect the brain, muscle and other tissues. 


Humans become unwilling hosts to these parasites by ingesting cysts in under cooked pork. Once ingested, the larvae enter the bloodstream and spread from there.


It can also be spread through tapeworm infected excrement, dirty hands or contaminated water or food.  They first appear as rice grain calcifications, but can become full-grown tapeworms after 5 to 12 weeks.
