 Nigeria's Defence Minister Summons Service Chiefs Amid Surge in Attacks on Military Bases Nigeria's Minister of Defence, General Christopher Musa (Rtd), has urgently summoned the nation's top military leaders to a high-level meeting at the Ministry of Defence headquarters in Abuja. The session addresses the escalating attacks targeting military installations, particularly in the North East region. The meeting includes key figures such as: - Chief of Defence Staff, General Olufemi Oluyede - Chief of Army Staff, Lt.-Gen. Waidi Shaibu - Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Sunday Aneke - Chief of Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Idi Abass - Representatives from the National Intelligence Agency (NIA) The summons comes in response to recent deadly assaults by terrorists on military bases in the North East. A PILOT MYSTERIOUSLY VANISHES WHILE FLYING NEAR THE BAHAMAS. (PHOTO).

 Pilot from Louisville, Kentucky mysteriously vanishes while flying near the Bahamas.


59-year-old Christopher Moore has gone missing along with his single engine Bristell plane. 


According to Christopher's wife, Stacey Love, he had flown out of Sebastian, Florida and was scheduled to land at Marsh Harbour Airport.


Mrs. Love says Christopher vanished on approach to the airport, she added for some reason his signal faded and then was just gone from radar. 


The U.S Coast Guard and officials from the Bahamas, conducted a 2 day search before calling off search efforts after finding no sign of Christopher or his plane.


Love says, "I wish we would get more resources and help. There is no sign of that plane and it's very shallow water, it tells me they are missing something because we should be able to find him."


She added that he was a very experienced pilot and had been flying for 9 years.
