NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. Al Pacino's Girlfriend Noor Alfallah Says,Marriage Is Off the Table After He Became Father at 83

Last year, acclaimed actor Al Pacino welcomed his son Roman with girlfriend

Noor Alfallah, starting a new family at 83 and becoming one of the oldest fathers in recorded history. The couple isn't getting married anytime soon, though.

On Aug. 19, TMZ caught up with Alfallah and asked about how things are going with the baby and her partner. She called Pacino an

"amazing" father, and when asked if she's changed her mind on marriage at all, she simply admitted, "I don't know."

The comments come after Alfallah shot down the idea of marrying Pacino last year. The 30-year-old producer was asked if she'd tie the knot with The Godfather star, to which she answered "I don't think so." When pressed further, she was honest with her thoughts.

"I'm not the marrying type," she said. "I'm not in the mood to get married."

Pacino, meanwhile, is likely just focused on his day-to-day as a dad in his 80s. In a 2020 interview with Ramp, he admitted that he doesn't even think about his illustrious career dating back decades that so many young actors revere.

"Maybe it's a blessing for me, and I thank God for that, because I just don't [look back]," he said. "Of course there are some occasions, like when retrospectives of my films are shown, and just go with the flow. And I am grateful for everything I have been allowed to experience. But I don't really like to look back if I can avoid it."
