 Family and neighbors mourn woman shot by ICE agent after making Minneapolis her home  Before she was fatally shot by a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer, 37-year-old Renee Good had just dropped her youngest child off at an elementary school in Minneapolis, the city she and her family had recently begun to call home. As Trump administration officials continued Thursday to describe Good as a domestic terrorist who tried to ram federal agents with her Honda Pilot, those who knew her remembered someone very different: a gentle, kind, and openhearted mother, wife, and neighbor.  Family of 7 dead after eating cassava meal in Sokoto


A family of 7 died after eating cassava delicacy at Runjin Barmo village of Kajiji District in Shagari Local Government Area of Sokoto State.


The village head, Muhammadu Modi Magajin Runjin Barmo, who received the state’s Commissioner for Health, Asabe Balarabe and other officials on a condolence visit, said the incident happened on Wednesday.


He said the victims were Malam Abubakar, his wife, A’ishatu and their five children.


He thanked Governor Ahmed Aliyu for his concern.


In her remarks, the commissioner said they were at the village to assess the cause of the incident for onward communication to the state government for necessary action.


She said the ministry would take samples from one teenager who happened to be alive after eating the suspected meal.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
