 Dutch referee Rob Dieperink dies weeks after removal from World Cup officiating list Dutch referee Rob Dieperink has died at the age of 38, weeks after FIFA removed him from its list of officials for the World Cup. The Dutch Football Association (KNVB) confirmed his death in a statement, saying it was “shocked and deeply saddened” by the news. His cause of death has not been disclosed. Dieperink was arrested in April by the Metropolitan Police in the United Kingdom following a report of an alleged sexual assault involving a teenage boy in London. A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said officers responded on April 9 to a report of sexual assault at an address in Croydon and arrested a man in his 30s on suspicion of the offence. Police later said that after reviewing available evidence, including CCTV footage and digital devices, the investigation had concluded that “the evidential threshold had not been met” and no further action would be taken. Burna Boy, known for his top-charting Afrobeat songs, took Nigeria into global stage again as he featured in a world-class advertisement of an international clothing brand,Hugo Boss, joining the league of English former footballer David Beckham, English model Naomi Campbell, Senegalese-Italian media personality, Khaby Lame and other highly-recognized people across the world.

All these individuals contribute to the brand’s promotion by showcasing the products while dressed in sharp and elegant attire, effectively enhancing the brand’s image through their appearances.


However, Burna Boy has brought immense pride to his family by becoming the first Nigerian to join the prestigious multimillion Naira clothing brand.

A viral video online shows the moment Burna Boy’s mom and other crew members were walking on the street of Dublin, Ireland. They paused to admire the Boss advert featuring the ‘City Boy’ crooner alongside other influencers.

In the video, Bose Ogulu is seen hyping, showering praises on Burna every time his picture appears on the mini TV board. She was heard expressing that she sometimes wonders how she became the mother of such an incredible singer.
