 Chris Brown Avoids Jail After London Nightclub Attack, Gets 8-Month Suspended Sentence Chris Brown will not be going to prison for now after a London court sentenced him over a nightclub attack that left music producer Abraham Diaw injured. The American singer, 37, was sentenced at Southwark Crown Court on Monday, October 26, receiving eight months in prison, suspended for 12 months. His co-defendant, rapper HoodyBaby, whose real name is Omololu Akinlolu, 40, received a four-month suspended sentence, also for 12 months. Both were ordered to pay £1,500 in costs. The case dates back to February 19, 2023 at Tape nightclub in Mayfair, London, where Brown admitted attacking Diaw with a tequila bottle. CCTV footage showed the producer being struck twice on the head, hit on the shoulder, chased, pushed to the floor and kicked while down. MOSCOW, August 9. /TASS/. The head of Russia’s Presidential Council for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights (HRC), Valery Fadeyev, has told TASS that he is preparing an appeal to international organizations to recognize that the Kiev regime’s deliberate killings of civilians in the Kursk Region are terrorist acts.


"Right now, I am drafting an appeal to relevant international bodies, including human rights ones, with a demand to recognize the terrorist nature of the Kiev regime’s actions in the Kursk Region," he said.


According to him, the Ukrainian attack on Russia’s borderline Kursk Region resulted in civilian fatalities.


"And these are not just collateral damage, which, unfortunately, happens in combat - these are deliberate murders. A pregnant woman was killed, there are injured children, and wounded in the back at that, civilian vehicles are being targeted, the Gornal St. Nicholas Belogorsky Monastery was shelled and partially destroyed with one person killed," Fadeyev said."
