 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom.  Nasarawa YAN Elects First Female Speaker

Comrade Habiba Umar Iliyasu has been elected and sworn-in as the first female and 4th speaker of the Youth Assembly of Nigeria, Nasarawa State chapter. 


Iliyasu was elected on Sunday at the 2024 election of the association held at the Salamatu Conference Hall, KMK Luxury Hotel, Lafia


Other State officials are Comrade Emmanuel Tsaku, Deputy Speaker; Comrade Samaila Abdullahi, Majority Leader; Comrade Dorcas Injadu, Minority Leader; Comrade Yusuf Adamu Omehi, Chief Whip; Comrade Musa Attahiru Omale, Deputy Chief Whip; Comrade Sadiq Ibrahim, Deputy Majority Leader and Comrade Abashe Ishaku as Sergeant At Arms of the Assembly. 


The Association also elected and inaugurated Pau Benjamin, Njido Gideon Rabah and Abdulkarim Adeka as Senators representing Nasarawa West, North and South respectively.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
