 Egyptian family of six rearrested after ICE release, lawyer warns of fast-track deportation despite court-ordered pause and ongoing asylum case An Egyptian family of six who had recently been released from immigration custody was rearrested Saturday, with their attorney warning they could face rapid deportation despite a court order temporarily pausing their removal. The family—Hayam El Gamal and her five children—had spent roughly ten months in the Dilley detention center outside San Antonio, Texas, where conditions have drawn criticism over access to food and medical care. A federal magistrate judge had ruled earlier this week that the family should be released while their asylum case proceeds after they entered the United States in 2022 on a tourist visa. Following Saturday’s rearrest, their attorney said they were placed on a flight to Michigan and could then be transferred for deportation to Egypt. OHIO MOTHER LANDS BEHIND BARS AFTER A VIDEO GOES VIRAL SHOWING HER DISTURBING INTERACTION WITH HER BABY. (PHOTO).

 Ohio mother lands behind bars after a video goes viral showing her disturbing interaction with her baby.


21-year-old Haley Ryan from Montgomery County, Ohio, has been booked into jail with formal charges pending. The arrest comes after a video began making rounds on social media. This prompted numerous calls to the Montgomery County Sheriff's office, some from as far away as Texas. All of the callers were demanding justice for the baby seen in the video.


According to reports, the video shows Ryan leaning over a crib before shrieking at the baby inside of the crib. After this it appears Ryan is striking the baby inside of the crib multiple times. She then storms away and the person recording (presumably the father) is seen going to check on the baby before the video ends.


The child is less than 1-year-old and the incident occurred inside of the father's apartment in Harrison Township. Police say it is still a very active investigation and the father could face charges for failure to report or intervene. 


The child is now safe, happy, and in protective custody.  Haley Ryan is being held on $25,000 bond and is due in court August 21st.


What charges do you believe the father should face? On one hand, he provided the overwhelming evidence and on the other hand he did not intervene.
