  Chikun/Kajuru Rep, Hon. Fidelix Bagudu, Announces New Appointments To Strengthen Inclusive Governance The Honourable Member representing the Chikun/Kajuru Federal Constituency, Hon. Fidelix Joseph Bagudu, has announced a wide-ranging list of new appointments aimed at deepening inclusive governance and enhancing representation across the constituency. The appointments, which take immediate effect, were unveiled in alignment with Kaduna State Governor Senator Uba Sani’s commitment to participatory governance. According to the lawmaker’s office, the list reflects deliberate efforts to ensure fair representation of all wards, communities, and interest groups across Chikun and Kajuru Local Government Areas (LGAs). A statement issued by the Media and Publicity Directorate noted that the move also fulfills the Honourable Member’s campaign pledge to integrate every segment of the constituency into the decision-making and governance structure. Real Madrid draws 1-1 at Mallorca on Mbappe’s LaLiga debut 



Real Madrid's LaLiga title defense got off to a rocky start as they were held to a 1-1 draw by Real Mallorca. The highly anticipated debut of Kylian Mbappe did not bring the win Madrid had hoped for.


The match started with a bang as Brazilian forward Rodrygo scored a beautiful curling strike, assisted by Vinicius Junior. However, Real Mallorca fought back with Vedat Muriqi's powerful header from a corner, leveling the score.


Mbappe had his chances, hitting the post and having a low effort saved, but Mallorca's defense held strong, denying him a winning start to his domestic debut.


Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti expressed his frustration with the team's lack of balance and defensive issues, calling for more intensity and resilience from his players.


“We went ahead, had chances to score the second, but in the second half we lacked balance,” Ancelotti told reporters. “We conceded counter-attacks, and it was not a good game. It was clear we need to defend better and maintain balance on the pitch.”


Despite Mbappe's promising moments, Real Madrid's first LaLiga match of the season ended in disappointment, highlighting the challenges they will need to overcome in their title defense.
