 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary.  Grammy-winning South African singer Tyla has condemned the bullying of Chidimma Vanessa Onwe Adetshina, a Miss South Africa finalist, who recently pulled out from the contest after she attracted scrutiny over her nationality.


Adetshina, a model of Nigerian and Mozambican heritage, became the centre of a nationality row in July after she qualified for the round of 16 of the Miss South Africa beauty pageant.


She recently withdrew from the competition despite being a Top 11 Finalist, after the South African Department of Home Affairs alleged that her mother may have committed fraud and identity theft.
