 Super eagles coach Eric Chelle has signed for a new sports agency to represent him henceforth.  Eric Chelle, head coach of Nigeria’s Super Eagles, has signed with a new sports agency to represent him going forward.  The move is expected to strengthen his professional management and strategic engagements within the global football space.

Hamas says it supports UN request to halt the fighting to allow a vaccination campaign for children against polio..


United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has called for humanitarian pauses in the war in Gaza in order to conduct a polio vaccine campaign after the virus was detected in the besieged territory..


“It is impossible to conduct a polio vaccination campaign with war raging all over,” he told reporters at the UN headquarters in New York on Friday..

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
