 North to Decide 2027 Presidential Election in Six Months, Says Hakeem Baba-Ahmed Dr. Hakeem Baba-Ahmed, former Special Adviser on Political Matters to President Bola Tinubu, has declared that the northern region will determine its stance on the 2027 presidential election within the next six months. Speaking in a Hausa-language interview alongside Professor Usman Yusuf, former Executive Secretary of the National Health Insurance Scheme, Baba-Ahmed emphasized the North’s pivotal role in Nigerian politics, stating, “No one becomes Nigeria’s president without the North.” Baba-Ahmed asserted that the region is seeking a government capable of addressing its pressing challenges.  63-YEAR-OLD BENUE UNIVERSITY WORKER GOES VIRAL FOR SELLING ROASTED CORN TO SUPPORT FAMILY

In the video, the 63-year-old man can be heard sharing his thoughts as he is interviewed by a media personality.


When asked about his occupation, he revealed that he is a civil servant at Benue State University.


He mentioned that he has been selling roasted corn for over five years and that he entered the business to feed his family.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up.
