 STATEHOUSE PRESS STATEMENT PRESIDENT TINUBU'S MESSAGE OF CONDOLENCE TO CHIMAMANDA ADICHIE AND HER FAMILY   With a deep sense of grief, I condole with Ms Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, her husband, Dr Ivara Esege, and the entire family on the passing of their son, Nkanu Nnamdi.   As a parent myself who has suffered the loss of a loved one, no grief is as devastating as losing a child.   I empathise with the family at this difficult time, and I mourn this sad loss with them.   Ms Adichie is a literary icon who has brought joy and light to many homes globally, and I pray she and her family find strength in the Almighty in this trying hour.   My prayers are with the family.   Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Federal Republic of Nigeria January 8, 2026

 Cameroon's famous Bikutsi artists, Aijo Mamadou, whose real name is Meva'a Martin Magloire, is no more. He died on Friday September 20, following a long illness. 


Testimonies from his fans have begun flowing in. Many describe as an artist with an exceptionally talent

"Goodbye the "White Lion", goodbye our big brother, friend and colleague. I have so many memories of you,. but above all, of the proud, upright and generous man you were. Whenever you got a chance, do good to those you meet who were in need. By the way, you were giving spontaneously, because you were grateful for the good done by others! In 2102, during the recording of my second album in Paris, and in 2013, performing at the Congress Palace in Yaoundé. Oh, Mamadou, of. the climb Mvog-Ada, all the way to Europe, ru stayed you, proud and fair! Shame on all those who dragged your images, in order to humiliate yourself, shame on those who mocked you, shame on those that meditated on you. Since yesterday you live like an angel, towards the heavens! Yes, the Lord has now calmed down your pains, ridicules and ridicules on your person. Flowers for you, tears for us. Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.  Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
