 ‘Temper justice with mercy’ – NANS appeals to Madonna University to pardon viral Gen Z nursing students The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) has appealed to the management of Madonna University to reconsider the expulsion of some nursing students over their involvement in a trending social media video recorded within a hospital environment. In a statement signed by Dist. Comr. Akinteye Babatunde Afeez, GCNS, President of NANS, the students’ conduct was described as inappropriate and inconsistent with the standards expected of nursing students. NANS, however, urged the university to temper justice with mercy and replace the expulsion with a stern warning. It is raining babies this month for many celebrities as Adewale Adeleke, the elder brother of music star Davido, and his wife welcome their second child.


Taking to his Instagram page, Chairman KHN, as he is fondly known, revealed that he and his wife have welcomed their second child, a baby boy. Sharing a photo of the hand of his newborn son, he expressed gratitude to his wife as he stated that he is forever indebted to her. Adewale appreciated her for all the sacrifices she had made to make their family complete as he welcomed his son into the world.


The proud father of two went on to reveal his son’s name as Adewale Jamie Itam Adeleke.

Adewale got married to his wife, Kani on February 2nd in an elaborate wedding in Dubai.


The couple welcomed their first child, a baby girl in 2021, who he christened Maya Oluwayemisi Minika Adeleke. He appreciated her for the birth of their first child by gifting her a car on her birthday.
