 STATEHOUSE PRESS STATEMENT PRESIDENT TINUBU'S MESSAGE OF CONDOLENCE TO CHIMAMANDA ADICHIE AND HER FAMILY   With a deep sense of grief, I condole with Ms Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, her husband, Dr Ivara Esege, and the entire family on the passing of their son, Nkanu Nnamdi.   As a parent myself who has suffered the loss of a loved one, no grief is as devastating as losing a child.   I empathise with the family at this difficult time, and I mourn this sad loss with them.   Ms Adichie is a literary icon who has brought joy and light to many homes globally, and I pray she and her family find strength in the Almighty in this trying hour.   My prayers are with the family.   Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Federal Republic of Nigeria January 8, 2026

 “It has always been love at first sight” – Chioma Ikokwu sweetly celebrates Priscilla Ojo’s boyfriend as she reveals how they met


Real Housewives of Lagos reality star and socialite, Chioma Ikokwu better known as Chioma Good Hair has joined the hundreds celebrating Priscilla Ojo’s boyfriend, Juma Jux on his birthday.


In a since-deleted post on her Instagram page, she revealed how they met, stating that when Priscy first set eyes on Jux, she smiled and giggled and when Jux saw her, he stopped and stared until he couldn’t help himself and came to speak to her.


Chioma stated that it has always been love at first sight so it is so beautiful to witness how their love unfolds. She prayed that their smile never ceases and that the good Lord who brought them together shall fully seal what He alone started. Expressing her love for them, Ikokwu added that she can’t wait to celebrate with them soon as she wished the celebrant a happy birthday.


“The first time you set eyes on him you giggled. He wasn’t even looking up but we spotted him and you smiled. The moment he saw you on the plane he stopped and stared. And did the same everytime afterwards until he couldn’t help himself and came to speak to you. It’s always been love at first sight so this is so beautiful to witness unfold. I can only pray that this smile never ceases and that the good Lord who brought you two together shall fully seal what He alone started. Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.  Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
