 Mark Consuelos details 'brutal five-month saga' before his father's death: 'I miss my dad' Mark Consuelos has spoken candidly about the loss of his father, Saul Consuelos, who passed away on March 23 after a long illness.  Appearing on the I’ve Never Said This Before with Tommy DiDario podcast, the Live with Kelly and Mark co-host reflected on the painful five-month period leading up to his father’s death.  He recalled knowing the end was near but admitted that the reality of the loss still hit him hard.  Consuelos shared that he was able to say goodbye while working on the Broadway play Fallen Angels, and though he later learned of his father’s passing during rehearsals, the production served as a welcome distraction.  Kenya declares mourning period for pupils killed in school fire


Kenya's President William Ruto has declared three days of mourning following the death of 17 schoolchildren in a dormitory fire and has promised to answer "difficult questions" on how the tragedy occurred, TRT Afrika reported.


The pre-dawn fire at Hillside Endarasha Primary in Nyeri county also seriously burned 13 others, police said Friday.


Many of the victims were burnt beyond recognition, witnesses added.


The mourning period will run from Monday September 9, 2024 to Wednesday September 11, 2024.
