 YOBE STATE GOVERNMENT APPROVES ENROLLMENT OF RETIREES INTO THE STATES HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT  Yobe state government has approved the enrollment of the state and local government retirees into the state  contributory  Healthcare Management Agency (YSCHMA) social equity programme, marking a significant milestone in the state's effort to strengthen social protection and expand access to quality healthcare . Namibian Drug Mule Arrested at OR Tambo Airport


A 30-year-old Namibian woman was caught at OR Tambo International Airport with swallowed bullets of suspected drugs. This marks the tenth drug mule arrest in two months. SAPS, SARS, and immigration officials acted on intel, intercepting her upon arrival from Sao Paulo.


An X-ray confirmed foreign objects in her stomach. She's released over 60 bullets of suspected cocaine so far and remains under police custody.


SAPS National Commissioner General Fannie Masemola praised the team's vigilance, stating, "South Africa won't tolerate criminal activity. We're closing in on transnational organized crime."
