 Anambra Govt Warns Against Purchase of Encroached Land at Trans-Nkissi By MaryAnn Chukwuma The Anambra State Ministry of Lands has warned members of the public against purchasing plots at TransNkissi Phase 1, behind the Federal Government Girls College, Onitsha, from persons claiming ownership on behalf of the Umuosodi family of Onitsha. The warning was contained in a public notice dated Sept. 28, 2026, with Ref. No. PS/ML/2026/CR/VOL.II/028 and signed by the Permanent Secretary, Mrs Nkeiru Mokwe, for the Commissioner. According to the notice, the Ministry became aware that persons alleged to be members of the Umuosodi family had invaded and commenced clearing portions of the land with the intention of selling them to unsuspecting members of the public. It said compensatory plots had been allocated to the family and other families in Onitsha before the current administration.  Ooni’s fourth wife, Olori Ashley, explains why she called her new born son ‘the Crown Prince’ as she thanks the monarch


Olori Ashley, the fourth wife of the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, has explained why she tagged their newborn son, the Crown Prince.

we reported a few days back that Ooni and his fourth wife had announced the birth of their first child, a baby boy. Taking to his official Instagram page, the Ooni expressed gratitude to God for the great things He had done.


Queen Ashley, on her part, noted how, for over a decade,e, the enemies tried in her relationship with the monarch, but God made them victorious. She revealed that last year was a little dark for them as they lost twins, but God remained faithful.


She had referred to their newborn son as the Crown Prince, and this raised eyebrows on social media, considering the Ooni has two sons. One from his estranged wife, Olori Naomi and one from his third wife, Olori Tobi Phillips.


In an Instagram post, why sharing a video of her cradling her baby bump, she explained that her son is a prince from her side and that of his father.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
