The Government categorically refutes claims of lopsidedness and emphasizes its unwavering commitment to the principles of fairness, equity, and national unity. All appointments are made in strict adherence to federal character principle, as enshrined in Section 14 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 (as Altered). Temi Otedola makes runway debut at L’Oréal Paris fashion show


Temi Otedola , daughter of business mogul Femi Otedola ,made her appearance at Paris Fashion Week, on Monday, in the Le Défilé L’Oréal Paris – Walk Your Worth Spring-Summer 2025 show, a pivotal occasion that highlighted her debut in the fashion world.

Temi was accompanied by a remarkable roster of international personalities, such as Eva Longoria, Aishwarya Rai, Cara Delevingne, Andie MacDowell, Kendall Jenner, Viola Davis, Heidi Klum, and Alia Bhatt, while walking the runway.

She shared her experience on Instagram, posting a video excerpt of her catwalk with the caption “EMPOWERED.” Still can’t believe I walked the #lorealparis Défilé Show. Walking alongside so many women who inspire me was a dream come true!

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up. The Appellant is an actor. He acted in a script that he was invited to act by his colleague (PW1), Damilola Adekoya,” he said.
