 LAGOS RE-INTRODUCES MONTHLY ENVIRONMENTAL SANITATION EXERCISE …Governor, Deputy lead State officials to clean up Mushin corridor Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Saturday, announced the re-introduction of the Monthly Environmental Sanitation in the State. The Governor said the exercise will hold every last Saturday of the Month between the hours of 6:30am and 8:30am but without movement restrictions. He stressed that the exercise would be monitored by State officials with appropriate sanctions to be meted out to erring neighbourhoods and markets. Sanwo-Olu made the pronouncement during a ceremony held in Olosa Bus Stop in Mushin which marked the symbolic flag-off of the monthly sanitation. The Governor, who led his Deputy, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat, and member of the State cabinet on the mission, said the culture of environmental responsibility must be imbibed by the residents across all communities in the state and reflect same in their lifestyle.  2027 presidency: Saraki, Peter Obi answer to PDP – Primate Ayodele


The Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has identified two imminent personalities who can return the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, back to power.


Primate Ayodele said former Senate President Bukola Saraki and Peter Obi have the capacity to return PDP back to power.


In a video he released, the clergyman said PDP should give it’s presidential ticket to Saraki and Obi.


According to Primate Ayodele, Saraki is a presidential material and not for chairmanship.


He said: “Saraki-Obi is the answer for PDP, Peter Obi should return to PDP and contest. There are other four people who can lift PDP back to the limelight, give them the ticket.


“If PDP want to win their subsequent election, David Mark is the answer. Saraki is not Chairman material but Presidency material.”


The PDP had lost the last two presidential elections to the All Progressives Congress, APC.


PDP is currently experiencing leadership crisis with members of the party calling for the removal of the acting Chairman, Umar Damagum.


Some PDP chieftains had claimed that Damagum would destroy the former ruling party.
